Hannah Mirsky is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general intellectual property litigation practice.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, she was a litigation associate at a national IP law firm.
Hannah obtained her JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. During law school, she provided legal services to early-stage technology start-ups at Dalhousie’s Intio Law and Technology Clinic. In 2022, Hannah participated in the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot where she was awarded the Donald F. Sims Award for Best Oral Advocate.
Hannah earned her BA (with Distinction) from McGill University.
Hannah was called to the bar in 2023. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
