Hanna is entering her final year of law school at the University of Toronto. She is a native Calgarian who now calls Toronto home. Hanna holds a B.A. in Honours Political Science and a double minor in Economics and History from McGill University. Hanna is passionate about public policy and politics. She previously worked at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C. and served as a political aide to MP Marco Mendicino.
Hanna is greatly enjoying her time at law school. She is co-captain of the school’s ultimate frisbee team and this past year worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Hamish Stewart, focusing on the law of evidence. Hanna is particularly interested in litigation. She had the honour of representing the University of Toronto at the 2019 Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot.
In her spare time, Hanna enjoys being outdoors, following current events and reading fiction.
