Garvin is a J.D. Candidate at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He serves as an Associate Editor of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, competed at the Hamish Stewart Cup Moot, and is the 1L Representative of the Black Law Students Association.
Garvin received a B.A. with Distinction in Theology and History from Concordia University in 2020. He served as a Copy Editor of the Concordia Undergraduate Journal of History, Vice President of the Concordia Moot Law Society, and competed in two undergraduate moot court competitions. Before law school, he worked in the health and social services industry.
In his spare time, Garvin enjoys attending live sports games, music concerts, and comedy shows.
