Érika earned an undergraduate law degree (LL.B, 2020) and a Bachelor of Administration (B.A.A., 2019) from Université Laval.
Combining theory and practice, Érika quickly became involved in the legal community. She worked as a law student for two years in one of Québec City’s business law firms. She also had the opportunity to expand her legal research and writing skills and nurture her legal reasoning as a law clerk for the Superior Court of Québec.
Mindful of the issues related to access to justice, Érika, in her role as research assistant to Prof. Marie-Claire Belleau, contributes to research projects concerning dispute prevention and resolution.
Érika has a passion for life and a deep concern for her social and natural environment. She was a participant for the Canada-Wide Science Fair where she presented a project on echolocation that received honours and awards.
