Émilie Thibault is an associate in our Labour & Employment Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on representing both federally and provincially regulated employers.
Émilie advises clients from a variety of backgrounds and provides them with strategic and pragmatic input in complex situations involving human capital, particularly with regard to labour standards, employment contracts, collective labour relations, occupational health and safety, due diligence, as well as various issues related to discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
Émilie represents clients before administrative and civil courts as well as during mediation, conciliation and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
She also provides training that meets the needs of clients, in addition to acting as a workplace investigator. Before joining the firm, she practised at a large regional firm.
Émilie obtained a Bachelor’s degree in civil law from Université de Montréal in 2014 and was called to the Québec Bar in 2016.
