Constance Bouthillier is an associate in our Litigation Group in Montreal. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, class actions and professional liability.
Constance obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2019 and a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law (D.E.S.S.) in 2020, both from Université de Montréal. Throughout her studies, she figured on the Dean’s List for her academic achievements. Constance also completed her training at the École du Barreau du Québec in the fall of 2019, finishing at the top of her class. Prior to her law studies, she completed a Diploma of College Studies in Health Sciences with great distinction at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf.
Constance actively contributed to the faculty life of her university as a member of several student committees, including the Health Law Committee. She also worked as a research assistant and as an exam corrector. Her involvement in various social, extracurricular and academic activities, her leadership and academic achievements earned her several scholarships.
In order to combine her passion for travel with her keen interest in law, Constance participated in a student exchange program at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. As an undergraduate, she also completed a semester at University of Milan in Italy.
She was called to the Quebec Bar in 2021.
