Carley Frazer is an associate in our Litigation Group in Calgary. She maintains a general corporate commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice, assisting with dispute prevention, containment, and resolution through court or arbitration procedures. Carley has experience in various industries including oil and gas, construction, and insurance.
Carley helps facilitate the Elementary Mock Trial Project, in conjunction with Pro Bono Students Canada, to deliver an interactive educational program to underserved schools in the Calgary community. Carley regularly volunteers with the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Project and the Queen's Bench Amicus Project, which provides pro bono legal advice for unrepresented litigants in Alberta civil courts.
Prior to becoming an associate, Carley articled and summered with the firm. Carley is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
