Camille Paquette is an associate in our Business Law Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses mainly on corporate and securities law, and more specifically on public and private mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Camille practised in the business law group of another national Canadian firm in Montréal.
Camille holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from Université de Montréal (2016) and a Master of Laws from McGill University (2018). As part of her master’s studies, she wrote a research project on the governance of public corporations and shareholder activism.
Camille was called to the Quebec Bar in 2019. She is a member of the Bar of Montréal and the Canadian Bar Association.
