Brianne Paulin is an associate in our Business Law Group in Vancouver. She maintains a general business law practice, including financing, banking regulation and general corporate law.
Brianne graduated from concurrent JD (French) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa and a Masters in International Affairs at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. In the summer of 2015, Brianne interned at the Permanent Mission of Canada to the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland where she gained exposure to international trade law and worked on many disputes involving Canada. While pursuing her studies, Brianne interned and then worked for Global Affairs Canada in the Environmental Law Section. She also worked as a Research Assistant for the Faculty of Law, as a Coordinating Assistant for the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program (uOttawa Chapter) and as a tour interpreter for the Supreme Court of Canada.
Brianne was called to the bar in Ontario and in British Columbia.
