Brianna is an articling student at the Montréal office. She completed her Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L) and Juris Doctor (J.D) at the Faculty of Law at McGill University. She was the Head Manager of Contours Journal and a part of the Executive Team of the Privacy Law Group.

Prior to law school, Brianna obtained her Bachelor's and Master's degree in history. She also held a position as a Teaching Assistant as well as various leadership positions in fundraising at McGill University.

Brianna is particularly interested in mergers and acquisitions. She has previously worked as a Legal Student and Corporate Administrator at an international mining corporation listed on the TSX where she worked directly with the Vice-president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

Brianna’s main hobbies include reading and trying out new cafés in Montréal.
