Benjamin is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group in Montreal. His practice focuses on corporate law and securities law, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations. He works in a wide range of industries, including the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors. 

He is actively involved in the legal community having been a member of the Legal Futures Sub-Committee of the Canadian Bar Association of which he was also a member of the board of directors of the Québec Branch from 2019 to 2021. He is currently on the board of directors of the Fondation du collège Regina Assumpta. 

Benjamin obtained degrees in both civil law and common law from McGill University. In addition, he completed a short graduate program in business administration at Université de Sherbrooke. During his studies, he was the Editor-In-Chief of the McGill Journal of Law and Health. 

Benjamin was called to the Québec Bar in 2021 and to the New York State Bar in 2024. He is a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
