Benjamin is a BCL/JD student at McGill University’s Faculty of Law. Prior to his legal studies, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (concentration in Finance) from the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management.
During his academic journey, Benjamin has gained experiences in a range of areas, including finance, startup law, and human rights work. He worked part-time at the Department of National Defence as a student financial analyst. He also devoted his time to the Compass Startup & Legal Clinic, where he assisted local entrepreneurs and start-ups in navigating their various legal challenges.
Apart from his academic pursuits, Benjamin is a strong advocate for giving back to the community. In the summer of 2022, he volunteered with Lawyers for Human Rights in Johannesburg, contributing his time and expertise to an important cause.
When he’s not studying or working, Benjamin loves to stay active. Whether it’s playing hockey, golf, or basketball or spending time outdoors climbing, hiking, or camping, he’s always looking for new adventures with friends. He also enjoys reading and cooking for friends and family.
