Aron advises clients ranging from early-stage tech start-ups to established companies on a variety of corporate and technology matters, including sell- and buy-side M&A, early stage financing, complex services arrangements, systems development and implementation, emerging technologies, software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, and licensing arrangements.

He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Associate, Ontario Bar Association, CAN-TECH, and the Toronto Computer Lawyers Group.
