Annie Poirier-Simard is a securities paralegal in the Business Law Group for the Québec Region. Based in Québec City, she helps clients fulfill their disclosure obligations with securities commissions and trading markets. Annie participates in the drafting and filing of continuous disclosure materials, prospectuses and exemptive relief applications with securities regulators, in addition to assisting individuals with their obligation to disclose personal information (such as insiders required to file reports on SEDI). Annie’s practice is focused on the securities industry, which allows her to stay abreast of the latest developments that could have an impact on her clients’ files.

Experience

Annie has extensive experience in public and private financing and public corporate governance. She has been involved in mandates related to financing and compliance for numerous companies whose securities are publicly traded on Canadian or foreign markets.
