Andrew is a lawyer in our Litigation Group in Toronto. Andrew maintains a general intellectual property litigation practice, with a particular focus on patent litigation.

Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Andrew articled at an international law firm in Ottawa where he acquired experience in trademark, copyright, and patent litigation matters.

While in law school, Andrew served as a legal research assistant where he explored novel issues primarily in the area of maritime law. During this time, he also performed pro bono work for the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.

Andrew obtained an Honors Bachelor in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa in 2016. He also graduated from the French Common Law (J.D.) program at the University of Ottawa in 2020.

Andrew was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
