Achille is an associate in our Business Law Group in Montreal. His practice focuses on corporate law, with a specific focus on corporate finance, banking law and securities law.
Achille holds a master’s degree in public law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier, France. He previously obtained a bachelor’s degree at Jean Monnet University in Saint-Étienne. He decided to continue his education in Quebec where he took courses as part of the equivalency process at the University of Montreal and passed the exam of the Quebec Bar School.
Achille will soon complete his Master in Business Law (L.L.M) at the University of Montreal. His efforts have enabled him to obtain the Osler Fellowship in Business Law, which recognizes the excellence of his academic record. During the program, he was a teaching assistant for a business law course and was able to conduct research on securities law, derivatives and financial technology.
Achille was called to the Québec Bar in 2021.
