McCarthy Tétrault welcomes Gabrielle Baracat back to our Montréal office as a CMPA counsel in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group.
Gabrielle resumes her litigation career at the Firm, returning after two and a half years at National Bank Financial where she notably worked on professional liability involving investment advisors. Her practice will focus on representing medical professionals on the full range of liability and regulatory matters, including civil litigation, complaints before the College of Physicians and hospital boards, and providing them with general legal advice arising in the course of their practices.
