McCarthy Tétrault Strengthens its International Disputes Expertise with New Partner Vasuda Sinha
We are excited to welcome Vasuda Sinha as a partner in our National Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, reinforcing the firm’s expertise in international commercial, trade and investment disputes.
Vasuda’s decade of experience working in international arbitration with a large international law firm in its Paris office and her five years with an international firm in Toronto have allowed her to develop expertise in cross-jurisdictional disputes. Her arrival in our platform strengthens the firm’s existing international dispute resolution talent, particularly necessary during this time of geopolitical and market volatility.

Vasuda has appeared before several international arbitral tribunals, including SCC, ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID tribunals and Canadian courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, representing clients from a variety of sectors on high-stakes matters related to commercial disputes and investment treaty violations.
