Please join us on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 for a virtual panel discussion hosted by Shawn Doyle, Leader of Latin America Practice, joined by Pablo Mir, a leading Chilean mining lawyer, and other members of Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana Abogados.
We will examine recent legal and political developments in Chile and discuss the implications for mining companies. This is an opportunity for in-house lawyers and others at mining companies operating in Chile to learn the latest about changes to tax and environmental protection laws, Chile’s ongoing high-stakes constitutional amendment process and other high-risk political developments in the country.
The official session will be for 60 minutes, with remarks from the subject experts followed by a 30 minute Q&A.
