Join us for an interactive discussion of Canada’s expanded reportable transaction rules that have been enacted as part of the new suite of mandatory disclosure rules.

Following a brief overview of the final version of the rules, we will engage in a practical discussion that considers the application of the rules in commonly encountered scenarios such as financings, acquisitions and other transactions. We will also discuss strategies for dealing with the new rules.
