This presentation will address recent developments and the latest trends in litigation and tax administration, both with regard to the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec. Our speakers will  use examples taken from their practice and recent jurisprudence, they will discuss the selection of files for audit, answer to information requests, the duration of audits, the importance of claim review manuals  and statements of financial position in the case of objections. The aim of this practical seminar is to help participants identify risks and adopt better strategies when responding to tax authorities.
