Adjudication is a relatively new form of legislated dispute resolution mandated by recent amendments to the Ontario Construction Act. Join us for a discussion on its applications for those involved in construction projects in Ontario.
This presentation will provide a practical overview of adjudication law and procedure, as well as strategies to consider when drafting construction and project contracts to provide procedural protection and advantages in future disputes.
