Your Top Questions Answered

After a year of challenging, fast-paced levels of change, employers are now turning their minds to the next normal and the possible return to the physical workplace. This decision-making process must take into account operational, legal and workplace culture considerations, as employers look to find the right balance for their workplace between the needs of the business and the preferences and needs of their workforce.

This session is designed to bring employers together for an interactive conversation with Trevor Lawson and Kate McNeill-Keller about what we are seeing in the marketplace, what factors employers are and should be taking into account as they build out their workplace plans and the top legal and human resources questions that we are hearing from clients. From vaccination policies, to health and safety procedures, to office redesign, hybrid workplaces and remote work arrangements, the return to office is requiring employers to be both organised and innovative.

In order to make this session as interactive and practical as possible, we are asking you to partner with us by completing a brief 5 minute survey found here when you register to give us a sense as to where your organization is heading and what questions you would like us to address. This survey is anonymous, each question is optional and only aggregated results will be shared during the webinar. Your cooperation and partnership with this will help us to share anecdotal learnings and ensure that we talk about what you want to hear! Even if you aren’t able to join the session live, we would appreciate it if you complete the survey and let us know what you’re thinking about, so that your questions can be addressed. A recording of the session will be available to all registered attendees.
