In our first installment of our “What’s the Risk” series, Marco Fimiani and Meghan Hillstrom from our Labour & Employment Group consider the risk to organizations as a result of worker non-compliance with health and safety guidelines and precautions in the workplace. They touch upon the risks organizations may face as a result of workers potentially contracting and spreading COVID-19, including potential civil, criminal and regulatory implications if health and safety guidelines and precautions are not effectively implemented, adhered to and enforced.
