Welltower Inc. completes C$300M private placement of notes

On December 20, 2019, Welltower Inc. announced that it had completed a private placement of C$300 million in aggregate principal amount of 2.95% senior unsecured notes due January 15, 2027. The notes were issued by the company’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, HCN Canadian Holdings-1 LP, and are guaranteed fully and unconditionally by Welltower.
