SDK Tek Services acquired by Ateko

On December 3, 2025, Ateko announced its acquisition of SDK Tek Services Ltd. ("SDK"). The acquisition expands Ateko’s presence in Western Canada and adds SDK’s team to its operations. Ateko plans to use the combined capabilities to develop and deploy AI solutions at scale for enterprise and government clients and to broaden its service offerings nationally.

Ateko is a Montréal-founded, global IT services provider backed by Bell Canada, helping organizations integrate platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud with data analytics and AI to drive digital transformation across regulated sectors.

SDK is a Calgary based data engineering and analytics integrator.
