Sandeep Kaur Dhanesar's appeal from a breach of contract summary trial

On October 20, 2025, we successfully represented Ms. Sandeep Kaur Dhanesar in an appeal to the B.C. Court of Appeal from a summary trial finding that she breached the duty to exercise contractual discretion in good faith when refusing to close the sale of a home under construction, based on the vendors' failure to provide her with evidence satisfactory to her that construction of the home was substantially complete. The appeal decision was delivered on February 17, 2026: Dhanesar v. Pandher, 2026 BCCA 63.
