Jasper Mining closes previously announced recapitalization transaction

On July 15, 2022, Jasper Mining Corporation ("Jasper") closed its recapitalization transaction, which included a non-brokered private placement and brokered private placement , conversion of C$240,000 of debt of Jasper into common shares at a deemed price of $0.09 per common share, appointment of a new management team and a reconstituted board of directors. Stifel FirstEnergy acted as sole agent and bookrunner in connection with the brokered private placement and under the brokered private placement, Jasper received C$1.8 million from the issuance of 20,000,000 units at $0.09 per unit.
