E-L Financial Corporation Limited announces C$200M offering of 4.000% senior unsecured notes due June 22, 2050

On June 17, 2020, E-L Financial Corporation Limited announced that it intends to issue in Canada, by way of private placement, C$200 million principal amount of 4.000% senior unsecured notes due June 22, 2050.

E-L Financial Corporation Limited operates as an investment and insurance holding company that represents investments in stocks and fixed income securities held directly and indirectly through pooled funds, closed-end investment companies and other investment companies.
