On July 9, 2022, DuBois Chemicals Canada Inc. (“DuBois”) completed its acquisition of Chemfax Products Ltd., a privately held specialty chemical manufacturer and supplier.
Chemfax is a Canadian specialty chemical manufacturer and supplier focused on being environmentally sustainable and leading our industry in innovation.
DuBois is a privately held leading provider of value-added specialty cleaning, lubrication, and process chemical solutions for the manufacturing industry.
