Deutsche Bank completes US$1B securitization of Vantage Data Centers

In June 2021, Deutsche Bank completed its US$1 billion+ securitization of Vantage Data Centers located in the US and Quebec, which included the construction financing of a new Amazon data center in Montreal. It also involved a large scale due diligence review of leases and customer contracts.
