CanadaBis launches C$5M public offering

On June 2, 2021, CanadaBis Capital Inc. (CanadaBis) announced that it has filed with, and obtained a receipt for, a preliminary short form prospectus dated June 1, 2021 with respect to a marketed offering of units of CanadaBis for gross proceeds to CanadaBis of up to C$5 million at a price to be determined in the context of the market. The marketed offering will be led by Leede Jones Gable Inc.

Leede Jones Gable Inc. is a Calgary, Alberta-based independent investment and financial advisory firm.
