We are proud to present Vestra Vox, Canada's first national student blog
Law students have unheralded access to the subject of law, from the most recent updates and news, to historical precedent-setting cases. As a result, the student perspective adds considerable value to the greater conversation.
With Vestra Vox, we aim to provide an online space for students to share their unique viewpoints on the subject of law free from the confines of school or academia, and for consumption by the greater public at-large.
At Vestra Vox, you will find articles written by current law students from across Canada on a variety of legal matters. Topics include synopses or explanations of legal principles, condensed versions of academic papers, analyses of contemporary cases, discussions of and updates on the latest legal news, and also creative works and commentary from the student point-of-view.
Wish to share your own insights on legal matters?
If you are a current law student in Canada, and are interested in contributing an article to Vestra Vox, click below to submit a 750-word or less draft in Word format. Include your full name, school and year.
All submissions are subject to approval by the blog’s editors and chosen articles may be edited for grammar, accuracy and brevity. Please direct any questions and/or comments to [email protected].
