  • Providing daily administrative support to the local Professional Resources Talent Team and assisting with general administrative department responsibilities, team projects and assignments, as necessary
  • Planning, scheduling and tracking large volume of meetings with multiple participants in an organized and efficient manner while handling meeting logistics including: booking boardrooms, scheduling video conferences, drafting and circulating agendas, maintaining notes and meeting documentation, and following up on action items
  • Providing administrative assistance to the PR talent teams responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of law firm professionals (students, lawyers and paraprofessionals)
  • Working collaboratively with the Inclusion Now team in support of new and existing priorities and initiatives
  • Maintaining and updating department lists and analyzing and preparing data as requested in a logical and organized format
  • Participating in monthly meetings of PR Coordinators nationally to share news, updates, best practices, and training
  • Identifying PR processes, tasks, and project improvement opportunities and working together as a PR group to improve
  • Managing team expenses and payment of invoices


  • Post-Secondary education in Administration or a related field and a minimum of 2 years office experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize while maintaining strong client service orientation
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionally handling sensitive materials and information
  • Must be flexible during heavy workload periods. Role may require flexible lunch hours and some evening work
  • Intermediate-level technical skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
