Real Property and Planning Associate or Notary (2 to 5 years)

The Montréal Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking a lawyer or a notary to join our Real Property and Planning Group.
The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec or the Chambre des notaires du Québec and have between 2 and 5 years of transactional experience in real estate law and planning, including on financing files.
The candidate must have a superior academic and professional record and be able to communicate efficiently in English and French, both spoken and written.
