Two Client Choice Awards for McCarthy Tétrault partners
Toronto, February 17, 2016 — McCarthy Tétrault proudly announces that two of its partners were honoured with Lexology Client Choice Awards in recognition of their ability to add real value to clients’ businesses, above and beyond other players in the market. The partners distinguished for their client service are:
- James Gage as the exclusive winner in the Insolvency and Restructuring category in Ontario
- Roger Taplin, for the fifth consecutive year, as the exclusive winner in the Energy and Natural Resources category in British Columbia
“Excellence and passion in delivering superior service and results to our clients rank highly on the McCarthy Tétrault value scale,” said Paul Boniferro, National Leader, Practices and People at McCarthy Tétrault. “These two awards recognize Jamey and Roger’s commitment to our clients and their continued success. We couldn’t be more proud.”
Established in 2005, Lexology Client Choice awards, affiliated with International Law Office (ILO), recognise partners around the world that stand apart for the excellent client service they provide. Uniquely, the awards survey senior corporate counsel only, with this year’s winners chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments.
Clients were asked to rate individual lawyers and law firms on specific client service criteria, namely: quality of legal advice, value for money, commercial awareness, effective communication, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, response time, sharing of expertise and use of technology.
