Susan also brings a nuanced and practical perspective to pension plan governance structures and systems, providing her clients with a strong vision for long-term success.

As past Chair of the Association of Canadian Pension Management and past Chair of its National Policy Committee, Susan has established herself as a sector leader. She is a prolific author and contributor to key industry policy white papers and speaks regularly at conferences and industry events. Her position as an authority on pensions and benefits means she consults closely with lawmakers across Canada on pension reform and guidance, giving clients who work with her access to timely and practical advice.
