In advance of the full-day e-Discovery Institute program on November 25, MT>3’s Michael Lalande will be presenting alongside Rhonda Perch-Bentham and Sojourner King to answer to the question “What is e-Discovery?” During this session, they will discuss the rules and jurisprudence of e-Discovery and provide an overview of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model).
