She has advised some of Canada’s most well-known energy companies on disputes relating to joint ventures, purchase agreements, royalties, First Nations priorities, environmental litigation, securities litigation, director liabilities and shareholder disputes. Building on McCarthy Tétrault’s national dispute resolution platform, she will assist clients in successfully resolving appeals and judicial reviews.
