  • Marie-Eve Bélanger (Montréal) has a practice that includes civil and commercial litigation, and professional liability in civil and disciplinary cases.
  • Miguel Bourbonnais (Montréal) is a commercial litigator with an emphasis on corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, securities and financial fraud, construction litigation, banking, and bankruptcy and insolvency.
  • David Crane (Vancouver) practises in business and technology law, focusing primarily on M&A, financings, the formation and reorganization of business ventures, and outsourcings, with an emphasis on complex commercial transactions.
  • Matthew Cumming (Toronto) has a general corporate and securities practice with an emphasis on M&A and corporate finance transactions.
  • Mathieu Dubord (Montréal) focuses his practice on local and cross-border financing, particularly in the areas of project and infrastructure finance, public-private partnerships, acquisition finance, equipment finance and the regulation of financial institutions.
