A fellow of the prestigious American College of Labour and Employment Lawyers and recognized as a leading practitioner in Québec and Canada by Chambers Global and Lexpert, Alex joins the Firm with an established market presence and a practice focused on all areas of labour and employment law for both federally-regulated and provincially-regulated undertakings. Clients look to Alex for strategic counsel on their most high-stake issues including, non-competition and non-solicitation obligations, dismissal of employees and executives, allegations of discrimination and psychological or sexual harassment and human rights.

With over 15 years of experience, Myriane joins the Firm with a labour and employment practice that services both federally-regulated and provincially-regulated employers on their most critical human resources and labour relations matters, including complex terminations, harassment and discrimination claims and disability issues in the workplace. Myriane provides strategic counsel and pragmatic business solutions for clients. She also assists them in collective bargaining negotiations, labour and employment disputes and labour relations boards advocacy.
