Claire adds value through her robust skillset and depth of experience in M&A, corporate finance, securities and corporate governance, and seasoned business acumen honed through her time in-house integrated with business teams. Prior to rejoining the firm, Claire served as senior counsel at a global chemicals leader dual-listed on the TSX and Nasdaq where she was a trusted advisor to the executive team and senior management and led complex cross-functional, multi-stakeholder transactions and projects locally and across global markets. In addition, she was a member of the Corporate Crisis Management Team, managed the global legal policy compliance program and led legal support for key global operations in Asia Pacific, North America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

Claire’s multifaceted experiences in managing high-value global operations further enhance our ability to provide clients with practical, business-focused legal solutions tailored to their needs.
