McCarthy Tétrault partner Randy Bauslaugh inducted into the CPBI Hall of Fame
Toronto, June 2, 2014 — McCarthy Tétrault is pleased to announce that Randy Bauslaugh, national head of the firm’s Pensions, Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, was added to the prestigious Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute (CPBI) Hall of Fame at a ceremony held in Boston, Massachusetts. Created in 2011, the Hall of Fame recognizes members who have made a lasting impact on the CPBI.
Mr. Bauslaugh has been involved in many of the leading pension and benefit cases during his 30 year career. He routinely leads negotiations relating to pension and benefit issues, and acts as a mediator and arbitrator in pension related labour disputes. In addition, he reviews, negotiates and helps implement investment de-risking strategies. He is recognized as a leading practitioner in pension and benefits in numerous international publications.
