McCarthy Tétrault partner, Emmanuelle Poupart, named Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers

Montréal, March 5, 2018 — On Saturday, March 3, McCarthy Tétrault litigation partner Emmanuelle Poupart received a distinguished recognition of her accomplishments as an advocate by being inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, composed of preeminent members of the Trial Bar from the United States and Canada.

Fellowship in the College is available only by invitation to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.
