McCarthy Tétrault Bolsters its National Labour & Employment Practice with New Partner Stephanie Henry

We are proud to announce that Stephanie Henry has joined McCarthy Tétrault’s Calgary office as a partner in the Employment & Labour Law Group. Well-known in the Alberta market and ranked by Chambers and Partners, Stephanie will support our clients with their complex employment and union matters in Canada and beyond.  

Stephanie helps employers manage all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring and employment agreements, termination issues, human rights and accommodation issues, incentive compensation issues, disability management, workplace investigations and terminations. She also handles all dispute resolution matters, including wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights complaints, and labour arbitration matters.

Stephanie's expertise, from drafting employment agreements to representing employers in complex labour arbitrations, is a welcome addition to our top-tier Labour & Employment Group, which help clients navigate an ever-changing business landscape, mitigate risks, and address both their strategic goals and day-to-day legal challenges.
