The P3 Awards hosted its annual awards ceremony yesterday. McCarthy Tétrault advised on the winning ESG project recognized at the virtual event. Gordie Howe International Bridge project: Advised RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. as underwriters, and Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec, HSBC Bank Canada, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Royal Bank of Canada and The Toronto-Dominion Bank as lenders, to Bridging North America General Partnership, in the C$5.7 billion procurement for the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project. The team was led by Linda Brown and included Morgan Troke, Samantha Cunliffe, Liezl Behm, Ailbish Bruchet, Deron Waldock, and Robin Mahood.
