Jim Janetos joins McCarthy Tétrault as our newest equity partner
Toronto, March 9, 2016 — McCarthy Tétrault is proud to welcome Jim Janetos to the firm as an equity partner in our Toronto office. Jim’s practice is focused on major infrastructure projects. Jim has significant experience advising on public-private partnership transactions across Ontario and in Canada.

Jim has acted as lead counsel in public-private partnership transactions, the acquisition of both private and public companies, major corporate reorganizations and secured and unsecured debt financings. Jim has advised sponsors and proponents regarding various Canadian PPP projects, including most recently as counsel to Infrastructure Ontario and the Ontario Ministry of Transportation regarding the Highway 407 East Phase 1 project, the Highway 407 East Phase 2 project and the Driver Examination Services project.
