OVERVIEW

Supercell is a creator of freemium games that seeks to promote the games using television advertising. The Television Bureau of Canada has previously refused to allow this type of game advertising on television, but it seems that it is no changing its traditional approach. McCarthy Tétrault reviewed television advertisements for video games, advised on Canadian advertising and gaming laws, and provided an opinion required to air the advertisements on television.

McCarthy Tétrault advised Supercell with a team that was led by Ian Bies.
