On July 28, 2017, Busy Bees Holdings Limited, a portfolio company of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan ("OTPP"), completed the acquisition of BrightPath Early Learning Inc. for C$0.80 per share in cash representing an aggregate transaction value of approximately C$145 million.

BrightPath Learning Inc. is the only publicly-traded early learning and child care chain in Canada with 78 centers across the country. Busy Bees Holdings Limited, acquired by OTPP in 2013, is the leading provider of child care in the United Kingdom, with over 335 nurseries across the country.
