Toronto, September 17, 2009 — McCarthy Tétrault counsel Bradley Crawford, Q.C. has been awarded the Walter Owen Book Prize by the Canadian Bar Association for his volume on banking law, The Law of Banking and Payment in Canada. The jury for the 2009 prize called it the authoritative text on the topic of regulatory policies, key institutions, payments systems and judicial decisions related to banking and payment law in Canada.
